Winter 2020: The trends

And the winners are Blue and Beige.

This season, the trend is clearly set: beige, orange or even brown for warm colours, blue and turquoise for cold tones. From now on, your winters will no longer be a matter of gray and black.

To the dungeon winter dull colours

With the beige, one of the biggest influences of presently, nude colours are standing out with the height of the white, the camel or the taupe.

But if you want to take a risk, petroleum blue, aqua and terracotta are integrating the colour chart of headgear.

Long-brimmed flat-brimmed hats

Nowadays, the Traveller with long and flat brims is in the foreground. This rancher-mode hat is particularly voted in by female influencers.

The boater hat, indispensable of our summer integrates this trend. Now designed for the winter with wool felt and lengthened brims.

Tweed & corduroy

Short trip to Scotland! The hat is not the only element to be transformed this season. The cap takes on changes as well with wool of quality.

This autumn/winterfashion does go with the Scott mood.

The patchwork pattern, big reference of the game, renews its woollen fabric with the virgin wool from Shetland. A fine and pure wool from the Shetlands with a multitude of tweedy colourful combinations.

There's also the virgin wool certified Harris Tweed that comes from the outer Hebrides Islands and which assembly process of wools is unique, controlled by missions and protected by the Parliament.

Docker or Miki Breton this winter?

Patchwork motifs, lamb leather or of faux leatherversions keep on being developed for this beanie taken from the navy world and which imposes a casual style.

However, big classics persist by their various thermal advantages. This is the case of lamb wool (very soft and warm), merino wool (thermoregulatory and with fine meshes), virgin or pure virgin wool for the most demanding ones.

That's what offers us the French brand Béton Ciré with a very urban and contemporary mark at the same time; knowing that the Miki Breton is its speciality!

Sailor cap

To armscabin boy!

Offered in a limitless variety, in wool, the sailor cap, very appreciated amid womenlengths its range to include leather, corduroy and tweed.

Diverted classics

The crazier, the better!
In every trend, there's always something atypical, extravagant, brand new.
That's what offers the South African brand Simon and Mary, created in 1935, with destructured shapes and a line of finishing touches very far from European standards.

Among other shapes of the season, we find the asymmetrical cloche hat and the patchwork baseball cap.

"Old but still gold"

Our big classics worth gold. Safe bets are still all the rage and take on the season new colours.

As you may have noticed, this year, autumn/winter no longer rhymes with moroseness but with brilliant and shimmering colours. Classics are reimagined in order to add some pep to your dressing room, choices are widening and versions are multiplicated. That to bring happiness onto your little heads.
